Yes for FFT pilots but NO for other airlines

Validate nav fixes and courses shown agree with the latest charts, if they do not inform ATC
What are some required radio reports?
Arriving at a hold, deviation from clearance (e.g. TCAS RA), unable to maintain 500fpm, any malfunction of navigational equipment
Does an ASAP report relieve you of the requirement to do other company required reports?
No, you still must do them
When must a hazard report submitted and should both pilots submit one?
Yes both pilots
- RTO
- anytime a crew member requests a CSA to evaluate or remove a pax
- excessive Tarmac delay
- exceedance of flight time or FDP
- anytime there is a request for a LEO to meet the a/c
If you company ID is lost, stolen, or forgotten, what should you do?
Call CS then call duty manager. You will be sent an LOA by the company to validate your identity
When is the window of circadian low?
0200 and 0559

Contact CPO in Denver or after hours the duty phone. Usually the flight can continue if it’s a domestic flight

Why is it important to select WET for takeoff performance when running numbers?
WET runways do not impact takeoff distance, but rather stopping distance in the event of an RTO. WET runways have negligible friction

No
Are we allowed to take on potable water at international destinations?
Only if it’s an approved airport
