Affinity Diagram
This diagram shows large numbers of ideas classified into groups for review and analysis.
Burndown Chart
A graphical representation that shows how much work is REMAINING on a project versus the time remaining to complete it.
Burnup Chart
A graphical representation of the work COMPLETED.
Cause-and-effect Diagram
A visual representation that helps trace an undesirable effect back to its root cause.
Cumulative Flow Diagram (CFD)
Indicates features completed over time, features in development, and those in the backlog.
It may also include features at intermediate states, such as features designed but not yet constructed, those in quality assurance, or those in testing.
Cycle Time Chart
Shows the average cycle time of the work items completed over time.
May be shown as a scatter diagram or a bar chart.
Dashboards
A set of charts and graphs that shows program or performance against important measures of the project.
Flowchart
A diagram that depicts the inputs, process actions, and outputs of one or more processes within a system
Gantt Chart
A bar chart that provides schedule information where activities are listed on the vertical axis, dates are shown on the horizontal axis, and activity durations are shown as horizontal bars placed according to start and finish dates.
Histogram
A bar chart that shows the graphical representation of numerical data.
Used to summarize discrete or continuous data that are measured on an interval scale.
Information Radiator
A visible, PHYSICAL display that provides information to the rest of the organization, enabling timely knowledge sharing.
Lead Time Chart
A diagram that shows the trend over time of the average lead time of the items completed in work.
May be shown as a scatter diagram or a bar chart.
The time you need to deliver the service / to fulfill the request. It is calculated from the commitment point (for example, the “requested” column) to an agreed ready-for-delivery or acceptance point that means the work is done (for example “Done” or “Deployed” column on a Kanban board).
Prioritization Matrix
A scatter diagram where effort is shown on the horizontal axis and value on the vertical axis, divided into four quadrants to classify items by priority.
Project Schedule Network Diagram
A graphical representation that visualizes the sequential and logical relationship between tasks in a project setting among the project schedule activities.
A graphical way to view tasks, dependencies, and the critical path of your project.
Requirements Traceability Matrix
Links product requirements from their origin to the deliverables that satisfy them.
