Allowing the victim and their family access to services. i.e. welfare, counseling, medical or legal needs that has been caused from the offence to the victim.

Victim should be given any info as soon as practicable, by any agency, i.e. police, about what services are available to them to help. Anyone else effected by the offence.

A

Anyone who has had an offence committed against them, by suffering physical/mental injury, or loss of or damage to property.
Included parent/legal guardian/immediate family of CYP affected by an offence.
CYP who witnesses FH.
Anyone involved in offence not found guilty.

A

Is an offense of a sexual nature, serious assault, serious injury, death or someone becoming incapable.
Any offense that leads the victim having ongoing fears for their safety/security, or to their immediate family.
