Reasons for German resentment

A

Diktat- forced to sign a treaty they hadn’t been consulted about (28 June 1919)
War guilt clause
Reparations were going to cripple their economy
Territorial losses of mainly German populate (self-determination didn’t apply to them?)
Military restrictions so German could no longer defend herself
