What is Verbal Behavior?
Defined as a behavior that is reinforced through the meditation of another person’s behavior
What is Vocal-Verbal and Non-Vocal Verbal?
How we use our voice and/or body language to communicate

when a learner echoes the verbal behavior of others
What are Intraverbals?
a response, or exchange of communication, to someone’s stimulus (question/statement/etc.) Results in a conversation
Examples: answering questions, completing phrases, and holding conversations
What is Listener Responding?
The learner demonstrates that they understand what someone is saying, by responding to it (come here- learner comes over, demonstrating they understood what was said)
Examples: Handing staff specific items, matching pictures, pointing to specific items, and identifying items by their function
What are Textuals?
Reading text; while they may be able to read it, they may not understand what it means
