what causes the symptoms of churg-strauss syndrome
A
abnormal accumulation of large number of antibodies
increased eosinophils
causing inflammatory and allergic response
directly causing inflammation of veins and small and medium-sized arteries

epistaxis haematuria fatigue widespread wheeze raised RR and HR purpuric rash - non-blanching

how to manage asthma acutely?
A
oxygen salbutamol hydrocortisone ipratropium bromide prednisolone consider magnesium sulphate if tiring and signs of life-threatening asthma contact ITU
