A

Transesophogeal Echocardiography - the murmur means regurge, and the this is causing a TYPE A Aortic Dissection. And the patient has renal insufficiency, so you CANNOT do CT angiogram.

Ligamentous back sprain would GET BETTER with rest. Compression fracture pain would get worse.. LigBP would also be more PARASPINAL pain. Compression fracture is midline.
