Hypersensitivity, GI bleed, GI obstruction, pheochromocytoma, Hemorrhage, bowel obstruction

Nausea, vomiting 1-2 mg/kg IV
Small bowel Intubation 10mg IV
GERD 10-20 mg PO,IM,IV

Hypersensitivity, Coma, in presence of CNS depressants, pediatric surgeries, children under 2 years old Dementia
