How do Alpha-Blockers work?
Block a1-adrenoreceptors = relaxation, vasodilatation, reduces resistance to bladder outflow

How do 5 Alpha Reductase Inhibitors work?
Reduce size of prostate by inhibiting enzyme which converts testosterone to DHT
(DHT stimulates prostatic growth)
