A
- Glenohumeral (head of humerus + depression in scapula)
- Sternoclavicular (medial ends of clavicle and manubrium (handle shaped projection) of the sternum)
- Acromioclavicular (top of shoulder, junction between the acromion process and the clavicle)

A
- Superior/Proximal joint: (elbow) head of radius + radial notch on the ulna, located inside the elbow joint capsule
- Inferior/Distal Joint: distal end of the radius pivots around the head of the ulna

- Radio-carpal: distal end of the radius and articular disc of ulna + three carpal bones
- Mid-carpal: proximal + distal row of carpals
- Inter-carpal: between the carpal bones
