• coventry as a city itself is a suitable location for me to go university as it is a comfortable distance from home that I can gain independence and develop those necessary skills, but also within travelling distance if I need anything

what part of the course interests you the most

• One thing that I’m really excited for is the placements in nursing. something that really stood out to me was that each placement is focused on developing a certain skill. For example, delivering enhanced nursing care, delivering complex holistic care and practicing autonomously. All of these are very important aspects of healthcare in order to build a meaningful relationship with patients and families. As each placement has different aims, it allows us to develop our skills in manageable chunks and not get thrown in the deep end straight away.
