What is the journey of an egg cell?
A
It starts as an egg then if fertilised becomes a Zygote and then becomes a blastocyst when the cells divide and multiply and than an embryo when the cells differentiate.

What is the placenta?
A
The placenta is an organ around the Embryo which provides oxygen and nutrients and removes waste.

What is labour?
A
The painful process involves contractions of the muscles around the uterus to open the cervix and push the baby out.
