Good days/bad days
This tool encourages an individual to describe a typical good day so the professional can learn what makes a good day and what support is needed to achieve it.
Why might you use good day/bad day tool?
Handle things which are heading in a bad direction
Routines
getting an individual to talk through their daily routines will provide an idea of what is and what isn’t working for them. For example, if they tell you that it is typically taking two hours to get out of bed and dressed that may need further support in the morning routine.
Top tips
To learn what is most “important to” and “important for” the person and the critical aspects of support; to learn the “top tips” for support. It is also useful when you only have a few moments of someone’s time and want to make the best use of it.
