Remain in complete control of the business with no outside opinions or inflluence

When management shares the process of decision making in collaboration with employees
What does a participative leader value?
Employees that contribute and offer their opinions and ideas
Describe the term laissez-faire style of leadership.
A hands off approach, prefers to trust those that work for them to handle the decision making

Suboridinates create their own policies and rules
What tools do transactional leaders use to motivate employees?
Bonuses, commisions or other compensation
