Q

template type

A

Explains the design of the workout. There are 5 commonly seen Template types in 2G and 3G classes. Additional variations and Template types may be seen throughout the monthly Fitbook.

30/30 (2G Only): Half of the class is spent on Tread Blocks and the other half on Rower/Floor Blocks. Members transition between segments only once during the class.

Run/Row (2G Only): A class where Tread Blocks are programmed for members to move between the treadmill and rower.

Switch (2G, 3G): Members switch between Tread, Rower, and Floor Blocks multiple times throughout the class.

Tornado (2G, 3G): A fast-paced class where members move quickly between Tread, Rower, and Floor Blocks. It includes more switches than in a Switch formatted class.

Partner/Team (2G, 3G): Fun and engaging workouts that have members work together.
