WaterRower brand of rowers

A

Because of its unique nature of being self-propelled and low impact, it’s sure to give all levels of members the ability to build power and strength, something we tend to lose as we age. As our creator Ellen Latham says, “It’s the lighter fluid on our workouts!”

Our rowers are “connected” and feature OTconnect – our proprietary technology that allows members to track their results in real-time on the console display. OTconnect on the rower includes stored programs that may be used during certain Templates. Members will need to wear an Orangetheory heart rate monitor and log-in while using the rower in order to get personalized data and information. After class their second-by-second data graphs (found in our mobile app) will provide them with details about their time spent on the connected rower.

TRX Straps

A

designed to utilize your own bodyweight to create resistance using gravity while performing exercises to enhance strength, stability, endurance and balance. Utilizing the straps will also improve posture which helps the body move more efficiently.

BOSU

A

is a balance trainer that can be used on either side, the dome or the platform. The BOSU is used to train balance, stability, and coordination by recruiting many smaller muscle fibers up and down the trunk and spine. BOSU stands for BOth Sides Up

The adjustable workout bench is extremely versatile and allows members to perform several different exercises. The benches can be used as a flat or incline bench and as a step.

Mini Bands

A

add an additional dimension to the Orangetheory workout by activating stability muscles that are not otherwise activated and providing resistance training without using weights
