What is depression?
Term to describe a feeling of sadness, irritability or loss of interest in activities previously enjoyed.
What are some symptoms of depression?
Ongoing sadness, loss of interest, lack of energy, feeling of hopelessness and worthlessness, difficulty thinking and completing tasks, withdrawn or isolated, negative thinking and/or suicidal thoughts, physical (weight change, sleep, aches or pains).
