Subdivided land refers to
Either unimproved or improved lands intended to be offered for sale or lease. Not including lots that will be divided into 36 acres or more and leased commercial or agricultural lands
Improved lands means
a lot or parcel of a subdivision with a residential, commercial/industrial building or a contract between a subdivider and a purchaser that obligates the subdivider to construct within 2 yrs from date of contract
Application for subdivision public report
ADRE regulates subdivided propertied through this process
ARS 32-2181 subdivider application
Must apply to the commissioner the intent to subdivide. 22 requirements the application must be documented. The Dept will review and deny/approve a public disclosure report.
