A disease in which a person has an unhealthy concern for his/her body shape and weight
Anorexia nervous - starving oneself and an intense fear of gaining weight
Bulimia nervosa - binge eating followed by induced vomiting
Physical fitness
The ability to perform daily physical activities without becoming short of breath, sore, or very tired
Aerobic Exercise
Anaerobic Exercise
Raises the heart rate and breathing rate and burns calories. The muscles use oxygen
Intense resistance exercises for a short time. Builds muscle and increases strength. No oxygen
