What Is the American Revolution about?
The American Revolution was where America wanted to be formally out of Britain and become independent for the reason of escaping British Rule.
Why did American people want to escape British Rule?
They wanted to escape things such as acts places on them for example The stamp Act, or the Quartering Act, also because of taxation and British Oppression.
How did America become independent and escape British Rule?
They formed many battles between themselves (Americans) and French against the British for example Battle of Saratoga, and Yorktown.They eventually won and signed a Treaty called Treaty of Paris 1783 which formally recognized the United States of America a free and independent nation.
Who were the Leaders of the American Revolution?
The Leaders of the American Revolution were George Washington the Military Leader,Benjamin Franklin a publisher and political philosopher, John Jay negotiator of Declaration of Independence and Thomas Paine who wrote “Common Sense”.
How did America Establish their Land after winning against the British.
They gained Control of the land East of the Mississippi River and South of the Great Lakes, which were they began to organize and settle.
