What did Brown v Board of Education decide?
It decided that segregation in all public schools was unconstitutional. This eventually allowed almost all public schools to be mixed race.
How did the Little Rock Nine gain access to Little Rock Central High?
After the president nationalized the national guard, the guard was ordered to protect the children as they entered the school. They were allowed to go there in the first place because, after the Brown v Board of Education ruling, the city of Little Rock chose to comply with it which meant that children like these were allowed to go to the school.

What did the Voting Rights Act accomplish?
The Act secured the right to vote for racial minorities throughout the country, especially in the South. The Act contains numerous provisions that regulate elections. The Act’s “general provisions” provide nationwide protections for voting rights. Section 2 prohibits state and local governments from imposing any voting law that results in discrimination against racial or language minorities. Other provisions outlaw literacy tests and similar devices that were historically used to disenfranchise racial minorities.

Explain Trickle Down Economics…
It is when you lower taxes on the rich in the hope that everyone in the economy will benefit as their increased income and wealth of the rich trickles down to all sections in society. This can be done when the rich reinvest into the economy or spend more money which increases demand which relates to more tax revenue, low skilled people gain more money, and a multiplier effect.
Was the idea of Reaganomics successful and why?
Yes because it lowered unemployment, increased median family income, expanded the economy, and decreased gas prices.
How did the Iran-Contra scandal impact Reagan’s legacy?
It hurt his popularity and became a stain on his legacy and image.
What role did Reagan play in the fall of the Soviet Union?
He helped with the thawing relations by reducing nuclear weapons. Also his change of policy to stopping communism in the countries that are communist helped snowball the downfall of communism everywhere.

To arrest the dictator of Panama Manuel Noriega for drug trafficking also because they were selling U.S. secrets.

What happened in China in 1989 and should the US have intervened?
There were wide scale protests against communism which were brutally crushed by the Chinese governments. They should not have because they had nukes and therefore intervention would have been met with nuclear war.

It was a policy or system of segregation and discrimination based on how white you were.
