Amendment 1
Right to speech, assembly, petition, religion, and press.
Amendment 2
Right to maintain a well-regulated militia and right to bear arms
Amendment 3
No quartering of soldiers unless in a time of war and made into law.
Amendment 4
Right against unreasonable search and seizure.
Amendment 5
You have the right to a jury trial when you’re charged with a crime, protection against double jeopardy and self-incrimination, the right to a fair trial, and protection against the taking of property by the government without compensation.
Amendment 6
the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial (unbiased) jury from in the place the crime was committed. It also has the right to face your accuser, the right to be informed about the nature and cause of the accusation, you have the right to have a lawyer, and the defendants to attain witnesses in their favor by court order.
Amendment 7
The rights of the 6th amendment but in a civil court only if it is above 20 dollars and with no jury
Amendment 8
Right against excessive bail and fines and against cruel and unusual punishment.
Amendment 9
You have other natural rights that aren’t stated in the constitution which the state unless the states decide that you do not have that right.
Amendment 10
any powers that are not specifically given to the federal government, nor withheld from the states, are reserved to the states or to the people.
