When the U.S. nuked them twice, it caused Japan to surrender.

It is when you give in to someone’s demands to avoid war.

How did the failures of the Weimar government lead to the rise of Hitler?
The Wiemar’s failures of having a weak government, bad economy, and the anger of the population made them have a need for strong leadership which Hitler could provide meaning Hitler would rise above others.
What were the conditions of Germany during the reign of the Weimar Republic?
There was hyperinflation, a weak government, a bad economy, mass poverty and instability, anger of the population, and the need for a strong leader.
What did the invasion of China by the Japanese reveal about the League of Nations?
That the League of Nations was weak and ineffective, especially in stopping another major war.
