When bone lose density due to loss of minerals such as calcium
Occurs due to low calcium and vitamin D intake

Bones become brittle and at risk of being broken easily

people who have very low activity levels
prevention of osteoperosis
- Increase calcium intake:
○ dairy products
○ fish with bones
○ green leafy veggies - Increase vitamin D:
○ Sunlight
○ Salmon
