CREATORS
(Idea people) Focus on the possibilities, generate new ideas & fresh concepts
ADVANCERS
(Move things forward) Focus on the interaction, communicate new ideas & carry them forward, manage the human component of any solution, whip up enthusiasm for a project
REFINERS
(Analyze find details) Focus on the analysis, challenge all concepts, use methodical process to analyze things, detect possible flaws & problems
EXECUTORS
(Gets up & does it) Focus on realization, follow up on team objectives & implement ideas & solutions, deliver concrete results & seek successful implementations
FLEXOR
(Focuses on the big picture) Can focus on everything. Combo of all 4 roles, can adapt styles to fit need of team.
Panic-Elation-Panic Cycle (P.E.P. Cycle)
Occurs when in situation that require us to come up with new ideas.
