ischaemia secondary to atherosclerosis
where are arterial ulcers found
lateral malleoulus or the distal foot
appearance of arterial ulcer
cold, evanetic and hairless, deep wount with punched out appearance, smooth borders and no exudate
treatment of arterial ulcer
Aanalgesia, angioplasty, oral antibiotics if infected
