1
Q

Q

MAS scoring (=Modified ashworth scale)

A

0 : No incr. in muscle tone
1 : Slight incr. in mt -> catch & release or minimal resistance at the end of ROM (during flexion or extension)
1+ : slight incr. in muscle tone -> catch + followed by minimal resistance
2 : More marked incr. in mt through most of ROM, but affected part easily moved
3 : Considerable incr. in mt, passive mvt difficult
4 : affected part(s) rigid in flexion or extension
