Commerce Clause
Impose regulations on interstate and international business.

Take Care Clause
President’s power to carry out/execute laws created by Congress.
Full Faith and Credit Clause
States recognize and honor laws of other states.
Extradition Clause
Return accused/defendant to original state of crime. (Originally about slavery)
Privileges and Immunities Clause
Prevents states from discriminating against people from other states.
Supremacy Clause
Constitution and federal law supreme over state law.
Due Process Clause
Guarantees that the federal government cannot take basic rights to “life, liberty, or property away without due process of law”
Equal Protection Clause
The government may not deny people equal protection of its governing laws.
Necessary and Proper Clause
Give Congress the power to create any acts, laws, etc. that is necessary for them to carry out their congressional powers.
