Static Stretching
A
Gradually stretch muscles across a joint to reach the full ROM. Hold positions for 10 seconds to 30 seconds. This is the safest and easiest method.

A
Develops jumping, sprinting and muscular power. Stretching a muscle then contracting it in the shortest possible time.

Training with periods of increased and reduced intensity
