Aerobic Power
The ability of the muscles to use oxygen received form the heart and lungs to produce energy
Anaerobic Capacity
The total amount of energy obtainable from the anaerobic energy systems.
Muscular Strength
The maximal amount of force that a muscle can exert against some form of resistance.
Muscular Power
The ability of a muscle or group of muscles to exert a maximum amount of force in a single effort
Muscular Endurance
The ability of a muscle or group of muscles to sustain repeated contractions for an extended period of time.
Speed
The ability to move the body or part of the body from one point to another as quickly as possible.
Agility
The ability to rapidly to change direction of the entire body with speed accuracy, whilst maintaining balance.
Flexibility
The range of motion at a particular joint.
Body Composition
The percentage of fat, muscle and bone within the body.
Coordination
The ability to use multiple parts of the body together smoothly and efficiently.
Reaction Time
The amount of time taken to respond to a stimulus.
Balance
The ability to maintain equilibrium while either stationary or moving.
