Alpha-fetoprotein
Normally made by fetus, can indicate Hepatocellular carcinoma, hepatoblastoma, yolk sac (endodermal sinus) tumor, testicular cancer, mixed germ cell tumor (co-secreted with beta-hcg)
Alkaline Phosphatase
Metastases to bone, liver, Paget disease of bone, seminoma (placental ALP)
Beta-hCG
Hydatidiform moles and choriocarcinoma, testicular cancer
CA-15-3/CA-27-29
Breast cancer
CA-19-9
Pancreatic adenocarcinoma
CA-125
Ovarian cancer
Calcitonin
Medullary thyroid cancer
CEA
Recurrence of colorectal and pancreatic, also but lesser degree: gastric, breast, and medullary thyroid
PSA
Prostate-specific antigen: prostate adenocarcinoma, BPH, and prostitis (questionable use as non-specific)
S-100
Neural crest origin: melanoma, neural tumor, schwannomas, langerhans cell histiocytosis
TRAP - Tartrate-resistant Acid Phosphatase
Hairy cell leukemia
