Interval Training
it is easy to measure progress and improvement and can mix aerobic and anaerobic and can be boring to keep going long distance and requires a certain level of fitness to work at high intensity and the skill related fitness
Circuit Training
develops strength and endurance and adjusted to suit age fitness and many exercise require specialised equipment and all component of training are needed one week more laps of circuit and work longer on each station and longer time training one week
