What is circuit training?
Circuit training involves a series of different activities that can be either sport specific or tailored to improve certain aspects of fitness
What is continuous training?
Continuous training involves working at a steady pace for at least 30 minutes with no breaks. Must be performed in the correct training zone. (60-85%)
