What must you have to stop someone under section 114
- Uniform
- Hat/cap/helmet with badge of authority
- Blue and red flashing lights
- Blue lights and a siren
Section 113
D -demand details of any passenger you believe has committed an offence against the LTA 1998
I - Inspect any vehicle or document
M - Move a vehicle
D - direct someone to move a vehicle
F - Forbid and unlicensed driver
F - Forbid an unlicensed transport driver
D - Direct traffic
Section 115
Remove a vehicle from the road
Pink sticker - unsafe

Section 119
Gives us power of entry to breath test someone if we have had a fresh pursuit with them. Can use force if necessary.
