Unlawful sexual connection
A person performs an unlawful sexual connection with another person without believing on reasonable grounds that the person consented.
Needs to involve introduction of a part of the person’s body, an object used by them or their mouth or tongue to another person’s anus or genitalia.

A visual recording taken without knowledge or consent, in a place where privacy is expected of private body parts or private activities or
of underwear or naked parts under clothing.
