IV: 30-60 mg (max 120mg/day)
15mg if renal/elderly
60mg IM

A
Avoid giving to orthopedic pts 1 wk postop b/c can delay bone healing
A/E: stoke, GI bleeding, MI, Steven-Johnson’s syndrome
C/I: atopic or asthmatic, elerdyl, renal, bleeding, PUD
