PO: 50-400mg (tartrate), 50-150mg (succ)

M: Hepatic first-pass, only 40% makes it to systemic circulation
H/t: IV 3-7 hrs

Caution w. High doses in chronic obstructive airway & hypoglycemic
C/I: AV HB, acute HF not caused by tachycardia, hypovolemic w/ compensatory tachycardia (can cause resistant hypotension)
