Explain the practical - measure reaction times with a ruler.

Student A sits in a chair, places their (dominant arm) forearm on the table, and places their wrist off the table’s edge. Student B measures a 4cm distance between student A’s thumb and fingers. At 0 the ruler lines up with the thumb and drop it but do not let student A know when student B lets go on the ruler. Record what cm the ruler ends at once the ruler is dropped.
