method

A

week 1: completed POMS and a demographic questionnaire then a weekly dance session for 10 weeks (2-11)
(the sessions) = each class consisted of 10 min warm up, 30 mins dancing, 5 min cool down (style of dance changed every 2 weeks)
week 9: collected BRUMS before/after the sessions asking how they felt
10th session (completed POMS 2nd time)

A

taken from 30 P’s (17 PD)
PD showed higher TMD scores then the controls
both groups showed significant improvements in overall mood (POMS & BRUMS)
