A
The left or right movement of the yoke controls the ailerons, which acts on the roll of the aircraft, aka the movement around the longitudinal axis.
The backward or forward movement of the yoke controls the elevators, which acts on the pitch of the aircraft, aka the movement around the lateral axis.
The rudder pedals controls the rudder, which acts on the yaw of the aircraft, aka the movement around the vertical axis.
