Differential Diagnosis - Bilateral VS Unilateral

A
need to rule out a differential diagnosis 
BILATERAL need to consider 
- cerebral palsy 
- Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy 
- Spinal issues 
- Charcot Marie Tooth Disease 

UNILATERAL need to consider

  • cerebral palsy
  • DDH
  • leg length discrepancy
  • nerve idiopathic if unilateral
