symptoms leading to syncope without actually blacking out. Posture, provoking factors, prodromal symptoms (hot)
What are the 3 ECG reg flags of TLOC?
Heart blocks, Long OT, ST changes
when is hospital admission needed? (7 reasons)
ECG abnormality, heart failure, new breathlessness, heart murmur, family hx, unexplained TLOC, seizure activity
when is GP referral appropriate? (3 reasons)
uncompleted syncope
situational syncope
orthostatic hypotension (meds)
