low oestrogen, beginning of mensural cycle, withdrawal from HRT

NSAIDS, antiemetic, o2

inter cranial heamorrage
internal carotid artery dissection

fever, neck stiffness, triggered by cough, visual changes, vomiting

management of headache?
if new or different to chronic admit to ED. if red flags ATMIST
