TFT and ultrasound first, T3 and T4 levels, Autoantibodies, CXR, radionuclide scan, fine needle aspiration and cytology

Total thyroidectomy and levothyroxine

Total thyroidectomy, T4 suppression, Radioiodine

Can spread to lymph nodes and lungs
