Uncontrolled- avoid CNS depressants such as narcotics, barbiturates and sedatives
Controlled/mild- use CNS depressants with caution
Severe hypothermia
Hypoventilation

Hypercapnia

Cover pt to conserve body heat
Hydrocortisone 100-130mg
