I: Inferior borders 10-12 rib, linea alba
A: Rotation, flexion, forced expiration
Inn: Lower 6 thoracic nerves and 1st lumbar
Transverse Abdominal
O: Iliac crest, inguinal ligament, thoracolumbar fascia, costal cartilages ribs 7-12

Quadratus Lumborum
O: Iliac Crest, Iliolumbar ligament
I: 12th rib and transverse process of lumbar vertebrae
A: Extends and lateral flexion of VC and fix 12th rib during forced expiration
