VATS blebectomy
A
Single lung ventilation, Bronch to look for masses
Decubitus position.
Camera at 5th intercostal anterior axillary line, Two ports in 7th and 8th intercostal spaces
Grab apex with ringed foreceps and perform stapled resection
Reinflate lung and make sure there are no obvious leaks
Pleurodesis
Place chest tube
