Retract ligament cephalad and remove all nodes. Dissect the Cloquets node just superficial to the iliac artery. If positive perform deep inguinal nodal dissection.

Soft tissue Sarcoma excision

Answer 2

Ellipitical incision that includes the biopsy site, get 1 cm margin
Send margins for frozen and re-excise if needed
leave clips in wound to guide radiation
Plastic surg consult if defect is large
