A
Expose infundibulopelvic ligament and incise 1 cm lateral to develop pararectal space.
Identify the ureter, the iliac vessels.
Ligate the ovarian vessels.
Divide interior peritoneal attachements from ovary and fallopian tubes.
Ligate the fallopian tube at its base as it enters the uterus
