O: Anterior inferior illiac spine (AIIS)
I: Medial shaft of tibia, anterior to gracilis’ insertion
N: Femoral nerve
A: Flex, ABduct, and Laterally Rotate HIP // Flex & Medially Rotate KNEE
Iliacus
O: Iliac fossa
I: Lesser trochanter, with psoas major
N: Femoral Nerve
A: Flex thigh on trunk
Psoas Major
O: T12-L5 TPs, bodies, and disks
I: Lesser trochanter, with iliac us
N: VPR of L1-L4
A: Flex thigh on trunk
Pectineus
O: Superior ramus of pubis
I: Just below lesser trochanter
N: Femoral Nerve
A: Flex and ABduct THIGH
Rectus Femoris
O: AIIS, ilium
I: Base of patella & to tibial tuberosity via patellar ligament
N: Femoral Nerve
A: Extend KNEE // Flex HIP
Vastus Medialis
O: Intertrochanteric line
I: Base of patella & to tibial tuberosity via patellar ligament
N: Femoral Nerve
A: Extend KNEE
Vastus Lateralis
O: Greater trochanter
I: Base of patella & to tibial tuberosity via patellar ligament
N: Femoral Nerve
A: Extend KNEE
Vastus Intermedius
O: Anterior/lateral surface of shaft of femur
I: Base of patella & to tibial tuberosity via patellar ligament
